Анотація

В Україні тривають процеси безпечної інтелектуалізації інфраструктури суспільства. Актуальним сегментом в просторі Індустрії 4.0 та Стратегії кібербезпеки України є медична інфраструктура. Одним з основних сучасних інструментаріїв інтелектуалізації медицини є безпечні кіберфізичні технології, зокрема у частині безпечного Інтернету медичних речей (ІоМТ). Ефективними механізмами реалізації інтелектуального діагностування стану здоров’я людини є безпечні процеси: відбору біофізичних параметрів функціонування органів і систем пацієнта; передавання медичної інформації безпровідними каналами зв’язку; обробки та аналізу даних про стан організму; прийняття управлінського рішення щодо встановлення діагнозу і, на цій основі, призначення лікування, які є основою функціональної архітектури Інтернету медичних речей. В роботі запропоновано методологію побудови безпечної платформи архітектури ІоМТ “давачі – сенсорні мережі – хмарна інфраструктура – користувач – конфіденційність та безпека”, яка реалізує  функціональний алгоритм “відбір – обмін – обробка – аналіз – прийняття рішення” згідно концепції “об’єкт – загроза – захист” та ймовірних зовнішніх випадкових і цілеспрямованих загроз. Представлено системи безпеки складових ІоМТ: давачів, сенсорних мереж, компонентів хмарної інфраструктури згідно моделі загроз STRIDE та моделі OSI. Розглянуто практичну реалізацію безпечного обміну медичними даними в сенсорній мережі Bluetooth  у частині криптографічного захисту інформації на рівні алгоритмічно-програмного забезпечення шифрування повідомлень засобами AES-256-GCM та Python.
