МЕТОД ПІДТРИМКИ ПРИЙНЯТТЯ РІШЕНЬ ТА ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ГАРАНТОЗДАТНОСТІ ІНФОРМАЦІЙНИХ СИСТЕМ СИТУАЦІЙНИХ ЦЕНТРІВ

У статті розглянуто проблему підтримки прийняття рішень щодо забезпечення гарантоздатності інформаційних систем ситуаційних центрів в умовах зростання складності інформаційно-комунікаційної інфраструктури, збільшення кількості дестабілізуючих впливів та підвищення вимог до безперервності функціонування критично важливих сервісів. Актуальність дослідження обумовлена необхідністю підвищення обґрунтованості рішень, які приймаються під час управління станом інформаційних систем ситуаційних центрів, а також потребою врахування великої кількості взаємопов’язаних параметрів функціонування, ризиків і можливих наслідків реалізації загроз. Метою роботи є розроблення методу підтримки прийняття рішень та забезпечення гарантоздатності інформаційних систем ситуаційних центрів на основі комплексного аналізу стану системи, оцінювання ризиків і багатокритеріального вибору альтернатив. Формалізовано процес підтримки прийняття рішень щодо забезпечення гарантоздатності інформаційних систем ситуаційних центрів та розроблено математичну модель, яка враховує поточний стан системи, рівень ризику, доступні ресурси та можливі наслідки реалізації дестабілізуючих впливів. Запропоновано метод, що забезпечує формування множини допустимих альтернатив, їх багатокритеріальне оцінювання та вибір найбільш доцільного рішення з урахуванням впливу на показники гарантоздатності. Розроблено архітектуру інтелектуальної системи підтримки прийняття рішень, яка забезпечує накопичення знань, адаптацію до зміни умов функціонування та підвищення якості прийнятих рішень. На відміну від існуючих підходів, запропонований метод поєднує оцінювання стану інформаційної системи, аналіз ризиків, формування альтернатив та підтримку прийняття рішень у межах єдиного процесу забезпечення гарантоздатності. Результати моделювання підтвердили підвищення обґрунтованості прийнятих рішень, скорочення часу вибору альтернатив та покращення показників гарантоздатності інформаційної системи. Практична цінність роботи полягає у можливості використання запропонованого методу в інформаційних системах ситуаційних центрів для підвищення ефективності управління, стійкості функціонування та забезпечення безперервності надання інформаційних сервісів.
